Delivery

We offer a choice of delivery services to suit your needs using several different carriers.

Parcels under 1Kg will usually be sent via Royal Mail and will be sent on 1^st or 2^nd class services depending on the urgency of the order. Whilst 1^st class usually arrives next day this is not a guarantee. For a guaranteed next day service we recommend using UPS or TNT who will also be used for oversized lightweight parcels, e.g. lances.

Parcels weighing 1-70Kgs will usually be sent with UPS or on TNT if they are a suitable for a  micro pallet. Both these carriers provide a 3 day, next day, next day AM, next day 10.30AM and Saturday AM service. Please ask for a quote for the service you require. Next day and Next day AM services are not available in Northern and Southern Ireland, and remote locations. If in doubt please ask.

70KG + orders may be sent on a TNT micro pallet or, if too large, will be sent with our national pallet carrier. We offer next day, timed next day and 3 day pallet services.

We can also send goods abroad using a variety of carriers. Please ask for a quote.

Customer collections

We are happy for you to collect either in person or with your own carrier. Please specify at point of order. We are open from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday for collections.

Plain Wrap Services

We are happy to offer a plain wrap service if you would like your order delivering direct to one of your customers without them knowing it was sent from us. We can even include you delivery note. Please specify this service when ordering. Deliveries will not show any reference to Exchange Engineering or our branded packaging.
